Raptors Open 05-06 Season with Win Over Anna Maria
November 19 - Led by Adam Turner's 28 points, Bard dominated most of the way en route to a 65-54 victory over Anna Maria in the Raptors' season opener.
Despite a subsequent loss to Rivier College, Bard has shown significant improvement this season- the Raptors had lost to Anna Maria last season, 57-40.
Bard led by as many as 16 points. Anna Maria cut the margin within six, before discovering that there is no such person as Anna Maria.
Bard begins its NEAC schedule December 3 against old HVMAC foe SUNY-Purchase.
